We had an excellent experience with Denise. She listed our home on short notice and brought us a buyer before the end of the week. She is professional and knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. She made herself available to us for any questions or concerns along the way.

Denise led us through all the steps leading up to the sale of our home, and through closing. She was thorough and detailed. A fine professional and a great person. Everyone needs that when selling your home. Much gratitude to you, Denise!

Denise was informative and kept us up to date with the process. She was encouraging and knowledgeable. She gave advice when asked but gave out options as well. I appreciated the group calls and her availability. Thank you for helping us in a stressful time.

Denise was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She has great market knowledge and good ideas to better present the house for buyers to love!

We recommend Denise for any real estate transaction! She is professional, extremely responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. We were unsure if we wanted to buy an existing home or build something from scratch. She guided us step-by-step through the process. Showing us homes and went above and beyond when we decided to build our dream home to ensure we were getting everything on our wishlist. Working with her was an absolute pleasure! She took the time to answer every question, explain each step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.   What truly sets Denise apart is her dedication to her clients. She always made us feel like a priority.   We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are so grateful for everything she did for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and exceptional real estate professional. Five stars all the way!

Very knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, creative, caring, resourceful, flexible, and always available. Denise knows the Western Wisconsin real estate market!!

We were referred to Denise, so our expectations were already high, but she exceeded them with ease. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know our family and understand what was important to us, ensuring every piece fell into place naturally rather than forcing a sale. Denise's knowledge and expertise in real estate were evident throughout the entire process. She made sure we understood every step, prioritized our safety and best interests, and was always transparent and honest in her guidance. She was consistently available, quick to respond, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, Denise genuinely cared about our family and was fully invested in helping us find the right home. Her integrity, professionalism, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. She is as honest as they come, and we couldn't recommend her more highly.

We had an outstanding experience working with our Denise to sell our home. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail that made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. She provided excellent guidance on pricing, staging, marketing, and timing, and their strategy helped our home stand out and attract serious buyers. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout every step. She kept us informed, answered our questions thoughtfully, and handled each detail with confidence and care. Their negotiation skills were excellent, and we always felt they were advocating for our best interests while keeping the transaction moving forward efficiently. Denise made a potentially stressful experience far easier than we expected. We are grateful for her support, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy realtor.

She got to know us, what exactly we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas. She was also very helpful in the whole process from making an offer to closing the sale. Would highly recommended her.

"I highly recommend Denise Krogman at Realty One Group Simplified. As a first-time buyer, I was initially overwhelmed, but Denise made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and always quick to respond to my questions. What really stood out was how she honestly cares and makes sure you understand every step in the process. Thanks to her hard work, I am a first-time home OWNER! I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process! Thank you so much Denise!!"

We enjoyed working with Denise. She is very hands on with customers and we appreciate that experience. Knows the market well and very honest agent. Great job.

Denise was always available, with a quick response to any of our questions or concerns. Because of her experience in real estate, was very knowledgeable in knowing the tendencies of perspective buyers when it comes to home sales. I had doubts putting our house on the market in November/December. I remember her saying, if you have a nice home, the time of year you sell shouldn’t make a difference. She was right. It’s sold very quickly.
