Denise Kosterlistzky has joined Savvy Lane with a sales and listing career from previous brokerages. Denise is a Californian by birth but started her Real Estate Career in Rutherford, New Jersey. Previously Denise was with ERA Justin Realty and Prudential Professionals. She left New Jersey with many sales deals under her belt which not only included regular sales and short sales or foreclosures. Now that she is back, she is ready, willing and able to help others buy, sell or rent the homes of their dreams. Denise has a college degree and continues to return to college, because she loves learning new things. Denise is very community oriented with a volunteer resume of of over 15 years as a volunteer coach for soccer, baseball, track and field. In addition to her volunteer resume she has also been part of many non-profit organizations that help out her community. She has a great understanding of people, their needs and desires. She works well with people, all having different personalities and needs. Because of her understanding, she is a people-person and knows that strong business relationships will result with successful purchases and sales for her buyers and sellers. Denise is highly motivated and energetic and her people skills will be apparent as she completes a transaction with you. Denise said, “As an resident of California and having lived not only in New Jersey but also in many counties of the state of California, I have extensive knowledge of our communities and surrounding areas. My goal with Savvy Lane is to build long lasting relationships while providing exceptional service to my buyers, sellers and renters. By knowing the entire buying and selling process they can then make informed decisions. I reside in Chula Vista a mother of 3 children who are currently in college or have completed college on both the east and west coast. I love my community and I love volunteering when ever I can. I am currently part of an organization called Cammies and Canines, who help house homeless and non-homeless veterans as well as homeless dogs transition into better lives saving 2 lives at once. Although I do have a true passion and love for Real Estate. " Her people skills and community involvement will bring success to her real estate business, is remarkable. Good knowledge, excellent communication

Denise was very aggressively getting open houses very often to give most exposure which helped a lot for quick sale.

Excellent realtor
