A True Expert!

Denise was patient with me beyond belief as I found just the right home. Her knowledge and expertise was evident from the start and shown through till the end when I closed on the perfect home for me.

Creative & thoughtful

This is the second time we worked with Denise--this time as a seller. We reached out to her to help us quickly sell an elderly relative's house who would need the revenue to fund her new assisted living apartment. Denise gave us options to consider, provided referrals for all the professionals we needed or might need, collected estimates for work to be done (or not), and helped us assess the different options. She was always responsive and respectful. Once we decided on the best option for our family member, Denise managed the process and we closed the sale quickly. We would work with her again (and again).
