We first met Denise about 7 years ago when she brought a renter to the unit she ended up selling. When we decided to sell the unit next door to where we live we reached out to Denise. When the unit was listed everything in the market was a disaster! Interest rates were way up, inventory of units for sale declined, the condominium world was in crisis with high insurance rates- increasing the budgets. Certainly not a buyers market. However, Denise worked very hard- hosting open house and giving us great advice on what we needed to do from what to paint or repair- to what price to list! Denise was also very informative on the market of our area, units in our complex for sale and the surrounding area. In closing I want to say her communication skills are outstanding... we never felt that we were not kept up to date on any activity.

Don't buy or sell a home without Denise Ireland-Miller! I have bought and sold homes with her for some time and have always received more than expected. Her knowledge and expertise while personally assisting through the real estate process has made it quick and easy to get what I wanted.
