Denise is absolutely amazing. Best realtor hands down! My family and I moved from out of state to GA, & we couldn’t have done it as smoothly as we did if we hadn’t connected with Denise. She went above and beyond in helping us find our new home. She even facetimed with us so we could see homes while we were still out of the area. She was always quick to respond and prompt when submitting any kind of paperwork on our behalf. If she says she will take care of something, you can count on it being done immediately. She is very knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else to guide me through house buying again.

Denise was able to find me the house and property I have always wanted. I looked for a year on Real estate sights and driving around for hours. Within 3 months Denise found my house and were under contract shortly after. Very easy process. Denise Hosemann was GREAT!!!!
