Denise was an absolute blessing! She worked very hard to help us find our first home. She helped us navigate a difficult situation of having to walk away from one home, and was able to find us a much better option in no time (I mean a couple of days)! She advocated very diligently on our behalf and was able to persuade the original builder to refund 100% of our earnest money for the home we walked away from. She was always very responsive and in constant communication to walk us through all steps and making sure we got everything done!
