Many of us think we know what we're getting into with a move, but if it has been awhile, we don't. Denise was way ahead of us with her guidance and knowledge of the process. She seemed to have the answers before we thought up the questions. I also liked that we could use her as a sounding board, devil's advocate, if you will. We wanted to be fair to the process and used Denise's experience on some critical issues...such as settlement details and how much we could reasonably push back on issues, without jeopardizing the deal. At the same time, we wanted the process to be fair to us. Denise made sure that it was. Denise was also excellent at thinking ahead to the end game, the final agreement. Upon finding some issues during our discovery phase, Denise had left us enough wiggle room to adjust our request for some financial considerations based on our findings. Our bottom line is that we would use Denise again and recommend that you do also. You will have a true partner if you do.
