Easy to deal with and great communication!

As soon as I clicked the button that we were interested in the property, Denise reached out to us! It was late and we did not expect such a timely response! Denise called us immediately and got the process moving. I've heard many horror stories about agents that don't stay in-touch with their clients. Denise was the exact opposite. In fact, she would contact me before I needed to contact her! She knows her job very well and she kept us informed the entire time. We visited the home, made an immediate offer, and closed in 3weeks without any major issues. (There's always some.) I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
