Pain free, easy, long distance buy!

I recently purchased a home through Denise Evans from California, without having to travel to Ohio and be hands on! As a 38 year homebuilder, I found a house WELL within my budget and from the pictures online alone I could see some issues. I had Denise take pictures of the specifics that I was concerned about. I then researched local contractors and got basic estimates on the repairs I predicted. Her pictures and attention to detail were perfect for me to get all of th info I needed to determine I could perform all of the repairs and improvements and stay well below my budget. It took me about 2 months to find the right house and with Denise doing the footwork, and me doing some research, here we are in our nice little home in Ohio. Free from the lunacy of California and enjoying the America lifestyle again! CALIFORNIA IS DEAD! O H !
