Denise has an overwhelming encouraging personality. When I was ready to throw and towel and rent, she encouraged me by showing my benefits of renting vs buying. She had the upmost patience with my indecisiveness in choosing the perfect home for me. She listened to my wants and needs in a home and sought out those that fit. Not wasting my time looking at homes that were of no interest to me. Her knowledge and promptness increased my chances in placing bids and I won my bid in 3 hours. I would not be living in my dream home if not for her.
