Denise did an EXCELLENT job in selling my house! The moment I first contacted Denise online, she was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Her response to my calls, text, emails were very quick with answers to my questions. I had a few issues (live in tenant, repairs, long distance) to overcome during this sale process, and Denise quickly advised me on several options to resolve issues. She went out of her way to make sure everything was getting completed on time to close on house. I am so glad that I had Denise as my agent, made this house transition much easier and less stressful.
