Denise helped me find a home,after doing it on my own without an agent ,I had alot of problems. I found Denise and things got better. It is imperative that you use an agent,since they know the ins and outs of the buying a home process. Denise was very patient and took me in her car to look at several homes and finally we found one. She walks you through the whole process and makes sure everything goes smooth. She basically Does most of the work. Your job is basically to provide documents and she makes sure things get moving.
