We looked for a specific kind of house that meets my family lifestyle and Denise had an important role on hunting it since she knows very well each area around. Besides that, she has always being patient and supportive on each process from searching a house, house inspection and banking appraisal to the house closing and still being opener for eventual assistance if I need. Due to her large past experience with other customers and the market, she has aways encourage us to go further and don't give up on challenge situations such as other buyers concurrency to the same house and items to be repaired in the house.
