The Denise Baschuk team can only be described as exceptional, awesome and extraordinarily professional. My wife and I were not sure where or what property we ultimately wanted to buy. With Denise and her team they offered patience and guidance and allowed us the opportunity to see different areas and explore different venues. There was no feeling of pressure and you knew when speaking with them they understood the market and the properties that we viewed. The outcome was a wonderful result in the treasure island community. It was only through the thoughtful patient process that we arrived in such a place. I cannot say enough about how great they were.
