Denise and Sten Tallarida

Never called back or sent a listing as Sten stated on phone, my husband and I was very disappointed and told our friends from Pennsylvania, who is moving here for retirement in June to look for another realtor, definitely couldn’t recommend them...Looking for homes for both of us .

I had a wonderful buying experience with Sten for the purchase of our house. He is a great negotiator as well, we got the house below the asking and appraised value. Sten is a great realtor to work with, I had worked with other realtors and just did not get the support that I expected when purchasing a new home. I would highly recommend Sten as a Real Estate Professional. I would use him again for any future purchases. I am in the mortgage industry and many realtors are not very pleasant to work with, however Sten is the exception! He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and just an all round pleasant person. Denise and Sten are one of the best people I have ever met but above all they are the best real estate agents you can ever find. They care about you finding your home and about your financial budget. They are professional, diligent, efficient, patient and will look out for you. It took me a year to find my house and Denise and Sten were there every step of the way.
