As a first timè homebuyer, I had no idea where to start, where to begin, what to do and Denise basically held our hand throughout the whole process, could not ask for better experience in my life. In addition to being kind, and having a good sense of humor, Denise was thorough and efficient in helping us sell this property. It was property held in probate, and I (the administrator) live out of state. With confidence, I relied on Denise to secure service providers for the various tasks needed to prepare the property for sale and address issues that came up during escrow.
