Our situation evolved and when we decided to move 3 months ago we sought out Denise. She identified contractors for the usual necessities: deep cleaning, carpet stretching, paint touch-up and movers. The sales materials were first rate: brochures, pictures, drone videos, and listing. Denise gave us a thorough understanding of the process and various documents for signature and kept us at ease at every step. Denise was always available to address the inevitable short deadlines for counter offers and such. We had a very high level of interest and the house sold quickly, over list with a very short close.
