If you're thinking of purchasing a home in the Treasure Valley area, it may be your best interest to consider the services of Joe Abmont of Abmont Reality.Joe is Denise's Husband who focuses on home sales. We initially selected Joe based on the reviews we'd seen prior to our tour of the Bosie area. We were not disappointed. When we arrived, Joe was prepared. His showings matched our required criteria. When we modified that criteria, he was prepared the following morning with additional showings. His no nonsense research yielded the home we were looking for in three days. The initial purchase was only the first step. Joe's extensive relationships with listing brokers, the title company, home inspector, and repair trades eased our inspection contingencies. His attention to detail and communication skills throughout the sale were excellent. After the closing, his concern for our needs remained just as focused. If this is the level of service you desire from your realtor, you may want to give Joe a call.
