Denice is a great realtor. She was able to find us a home in this crazy market that we could afford and we are very happy in. We closed on our home in May and it has been great. She was always available to answer any of my questions, being a first time home buyer there were a lot. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a home.

The timing of my house sale was unfortunate because it was during the beginning of the Pandemic. I found myself stuck in Connecticut and unable to return to Florida to complete packing up my home. Denise was a God-send. She not only completed getting the place ready for sale but she walked me through all of the legal and financial steps and made it all seem easy.
