Of the thousands and thousands of realtors working the greater Denver area markets today, there is really, only one. The best. Denice. I have known this for quite some time and was happy as all hell that she was still at it when unexpectedly, I needed a broker. Denice was everything I expected and was happy as a clam not having to worry about one thing. Selling your home, moving, Stress everywhere. I repeat. Happy as a clam. Worried about not one thing. Totally trusted her, she came through. Her professionalism? Come on! 46 years at the top of her field, style and grace, work ethic, and totally organized. Did I say marvelous sense of humor? Now that was a bonus! It's all still there folks. I only wish I had 10 more properties for her to sell!
