Overall my experience was great. I was a first time home buyer and was stressed about the process, but everything was explained well and Dene listened to what I was looking for in a home and provided me with a lot of good knowledge when looking at properties. Dene was able to get me the property lower then listed and I was very pleased with her services. I strongly recommend working with Dene because she is a problem solver and is hands on from day 1 and throughout the whole process.

My parents hired Dene to help them sell a rental unit in the city of Los Angeles. They were concerned that they would have difficulty selling the property because it was under rent-control. My parents are not native English speakers and over the age of 70. They sometimes get intimated by processes that they don't fully understand. This was my parents' first time selling real estate, but Dene gave them as much time as they needed to feel comfortable with their decision and she fully explained the steps she would be taking to help them sell their property. Dene is honest and stressed the importance of disclosing information to potential buyers in order to protect my parents against any potential liability. I was glad to know that Dene was not willing to cut corners in order to complete a sale. Dene is knowledgeable, personable and maintains a professional appearance. In the end, Dene was able to find multiple potential buyers pretty quickly and my parents were able to select the offer that they thought was best for them. My parents were pleased with Dene's service. I appreciate the fact that Dene took care of my parents throughout the process of the sale.
