I'm so glad my colleague referred Denae to me ~ she definitely was on top of things and provided immediate actions/results and was extremely knowledgeable about the market and RE process. I've worked with another broker in the past (who failed to provide any results and only kept on telling me to lower my selling price), but Denae and her team gave me good options, staged the property for photos, communicated with my property management since I was an out-of-state landlord, and handled any repairs necessary. It made things SO easy for me and I would HIGHLY recommend Denae and her team 200%.
