However, we decided to trust Dena and started looking for houses. I cannot stress enough how professional, responsive and helpful she was. She informed us of the process and all the details upfront and was always available to answer our questions/concerns along the way. We loved how responsive she was. For instance, the day our current house was listed on the market, she was able to schedule the showing for that same evening. After seeing the house, we realized it was the one and placed an offer immediately. From that day onward, she made it a super easy process and we were able to close in only 20 DAYS!!!! She explained all the steps, helped us schedule the house inspection with one of her contacts (who was also extremely professional, clear and thorough in his explanations), helped us negotiate a few expensive repairs (like water heater needing to be replaced), gave recommendations on local utilities providers, and followed up with us after the closing to make sure everything is going well. Believe us when we say you could not be in better hands than Dena's!

Dena is quick in responding to all issues and questions. She new who to call if there was any issues pertaining the sell or buying of a home. She worked effortlessly to search for our perfect home and worked around our schedules to schedule home viewings, since we lived out of town. After we found our home she made the closing process as smooth as possible due to unforeseen circumstances due to the seller. If Dena has other clients that she is simantiously working with you would not know unless one is nosey or very inquisitive. The thing is, you are moved to think that in the moment you are the only person that matters and she is there with you seeking your highest good from start to finish. She is quite knowledgable of the industry and works alongside a valuable team of inspectors and financiers.
