Dena helped the reviewer sell this property

Dena Sternquist should be your one and only real estate agent.

To say Dena was impressive as our agent, would be an understatement and a total disservice to her and her abilities. We were in the unfortunate situation of being an out of state seller and Dena was a God send. Her professionalism, creativity, communication, and knowledge of the area (not only geographically, but the rules & regulations of an HOA, along with taxes and assessments) were quite formidable. To say it plainly, she knew what she was doing! She kept in constant contact with us regarding all updates and suggestions and we truly felt in great hands. During the challenge of this economic downturn and soft Florida real estate market, Dena remained positive, patient, and very diligent during the process. She is a true professional and had the upmost confidence in her. On top of all this, she has a lovely and generous soul. We don't know what we would have done without her! She has our eternal gratitude. Thank you Dena!!!
