SOLD in one day!
I have known Dena for a long time so that's why I listed my home with her. She was not familiar with the area where I lived so she did some fast investigating on the area, prices for similar homes, etc. She drove over 200 miles to bring a sign to put in my yard and hold an open house. She had already listed it in the MLS for my county. Before we were ready for the open house, she had a call from a local realtor that he had a client interested in seeing the house. She didn't hesitate to make an appointment for that day. She didn't even ask them to wait for the open house. She met with them that evening and before they left, SHE HAD SOLD MY HOUSE. I would recommend Dena Kennedy to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house anytime.
