Dena helped the reviewer sell this property

Twice as Nice!

This is my second home that Dena Burhans has listed. She will be my realtor until she retires! Dena is accurate, efficient, and she knows the market. During the process of selling my home, if I had a question ( I always have questions) she quickly answers and/or resolves issues. Usually the same day. I need to feel comfortable with these kinds of transactions. That's my main goal. So, someone who deals with things right away, I know they understand! 16 day close. Crazy, but we did it!
