Demyan Trofimovich

I first met Demyan when he helped me sell my first condo in South Minneapolis. He did such a great job that I reached out to him when I decided to buy again. He is very friendly, easy to get ahold of, communicative, and adaptive if strange/unusual circumstances arise (and they did both in selling my condo and buying my new one). I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him, and will definitely contact him if I ever decide to sell...which will not happen for a while because I absolutely LOVE my new condo!

Demyan was very pleasant to work with. He was responsive when we had questions and gave his feedback about what needed to be done to prepare our house for the market. He sat down with us multiple times to share his analysis of the market and where he thought he could get the most value out of our home. Without Demyan, we would not have been able to receive an offer above the listing price, or close within the time we needed to. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling!
