As a first-time homeowner, I was unaware of how stressful the process would be. There are so many moving pieces and Demi was essential in navigating me through the entire process. Naturally, I had so many questions. Demi always made herself available to answer my questions and walk me through the next steps. She did so with patience, a strong knowledge base, and professionalism. During the initial search for a property, Demi truly captured what I was looking for in a home. She kept me abreast of available properties and was persistent in finding the right one. I was looking for a home in a nice neighborhood, close to work, and one that fit my budget. This was no easy task! Once the offer was made, Demi used her resources effectively to find me a mortgage broker, title company, inspector, and insurance company that best fit my needs. She worked well with the other realtors which also made the experience more pleasant. The subsequent steps after placing the offer were not easy but Demi did what she needed to do to move the process along. She was very effective and moved quickly to get me to closing day as soon as possible. Demi made me feel at ease despite pressures of buying my first home. Do not go by first impressions! Demi looks very young and you may think she is not experienced to do her job. To the contrary, she is indeed young but she is energetic and well versed. She works very hard for you and she is always there when you need her, even when she doesn't have the answer for what you are looking for, she researches and consults with her fellow associates and provides you with the right answers. She has conducted two transactions for me and I will not hesitate using her in the future if the need arises.
