I was very pleased with the service Demetria provided. I live in California, and needed to sell a property in North Carolina. Demetria managed all aspects of the sales process on my behalf in a professional and experienced manner. She sourced vendors and contractors needed to clean and repair my property so that it showed at its best! She was always responsive and timely in communicating throughout the process. Even though I was 3000 miles away, I was confident that Demetria was representing my best interest. My confidence was well founded, as Demetria met or exceeded all the goals that we established for the sale. Would I recommend Demetria as a realtor? ABSOLUTELY!!!
