I live in New York and was looking to buy an investment property in Miami. A friend of mine recommended Demetri. We spoke over the phone before I met him so he could search for and investigate properties for me. I met him for a full day and he showed me many great investments. I chose one before I flew back to New York, and he took care of everything else! I never even had to fly back down as he kept me in the loop via phone and email.
