This is many years overdue, but I had a great experience working with Demetre. Fresh out of college, I moved to Sacramento for my first job. Through a connection of a connection, I was put in contact with Demetre. He went out of his way to drive me around the city for an entire day to show me various areas and get a feel for Sacramento. Rather than just try to sell me on a unit, he was happy to share his knowledge of the city and provide advice on which areas I may want to look into. Demetre didn't ask for any compensation for his time and only wanted to help. He is a genuinely good person and a great agent.
