Coonan with Guardian Title & Trust INC you did an amazing job! We listed, sold and closed in thirty five days! No closing delays, knowledgeable, Delores was also quite WISE. She is very informative, boundless enthusiasm and patient in explaining difficult questions. She did a great job in keeping us updated on our status. Delores was the best Realtor and gave my husband and I options and explained their pros and cons, but left the decision to us. Best qualities of a great REALTOR!
