Della is professional, proficient, and friendly too! We met her when we accompanied a friend who was home shopping. We were so impressed, we decided to use Della for our selling agent for our home. Della was super patient with all our questions. Della gave us great feedback on upgrades we thought about doing to ready our house for the market (and whether or not they would make a difference). When we were finally ready to list our house, Della did a great job setting up the open house, and we had 4 offers by the end of the day--all above listing! We've used other realtors in the past, but Della really went above and beyond, and she is the only realtor we will use for any future realtor needs--buying or selling! Highly recommended!

Show many houses made several offers over a few months. Able to make appoints quickly at a time I was available. Help with reviewing the pro and cons of the homes. May it easy. Even after the closing when I had a damage deposit check from the title company loss in the mail, the agent made several phone calls and sent several email to the title company to reissue my check.
