Delinet was Very Professional yet Personable. Great Communicator. Rapid Response on Challenges & Concerns. Timely, efficient, thorough, encouraging, Calm yet Assertive. Genuinely concerned & interested in needs and must haves during the search, walk throughs and closing. Not afraid to get dirty, we checked the prospective homes from top to bottom and walked around the property to check for issues or concerns that would possibly need addressing before any negotiations were considered. We worked weekdays, weekends, Days, Early Evenings and on occasion late evenings if deadlines to accept final offers were near on some finds. Delinet worked tirelessly and was always optimistic even when agents on prospective homes did not reach back or follow up with she or I as they agreed.
