Delinda is completely upfront and honest with you and will not tell you just what you may want to hear, she will tell you exactly what is really reality. Delinda is wonderful! Not only is she a great realtor but she is such a nice person to be around. We chose her from a referral and we couldn’t have been happier. You can tell that she actually cares about you and making sure you get the home you want, no matter how many homes you have to see. At each showing she was patient and understanding as well as very knowledgeable about the property. We even had her show us homes over 40 minutes away that we just didn’t like the minute we walked in, but Delinda never minded one bit. She was super helpful through the whole Home buying process, always promptly responding to our many texts, emails and calls even at late hours! She made buying a house so much less stressful, especially since we were first time buyers. We could go on and on about how great she is, so I would definitely recommend Delinda as a realtor.
