I live out of state and wanted to sell my condo, Delilla took care of everything in a timely manner. It sold the day she put it in the MLS. When moving to St Augustine a few years back I was blessed to meet Delilla. Our needs were specific and her knowledge of the area and her determination were instrumental in finding us the perfect house. When another family member was moving to the area, I immediately contacted Delilla for help. In the market today, finding properties is a challenge and a number of times properties sold while we were viewing them the first day of the listing.
