Choose No One Else
Delight acted far more property manager than real estate agent as I sold this property from 1,000 miles away. She worked with my contractor to fully prep the house for closing, and she had a Rolodex of other contractors to suit niche jobs. That’s what you’re getting when you seek out her services - not just an open house or two, someone genuinely invested in assisting you with a major project, routine sale, etc. You won’t find someone better to list your house.
