As a first time home buyer, I truly did not know what to expect when it came to purchasing my first home. One thing I was hoping for was to find a realtor that would guide me and answer any questions I may have along the way. I was truly blessed with Delia Sifuentes!! From finding my dream home, to battling through problems with lenders, she was by my side the entire journey. If your looking for a broker that gets the job done...Delia is the one! My husband and I were first time home buyers. I had no clue where to start or what to do. I contacted Delia and she walked me through the process. Anytime I had a question or a concern she would address it fast. She was always in constant contact with me, giving me updates or sending me homes to look at. Anytime I wanted to see a house she made herself available. She was great! When we found the home of our dreams she encouraged us to add a family letter to offer to persuade the seller. Unfortunately they out bid us. Sadly we continued to look for new houses but that first house was always in the back of our minds. A couple weeks later Delia calls me to let me know the that house of our dreams was back on the market and that the sellers had chosen our offer. We were definitely not the highest offer but the family letter really touched the seller and they decided to take our offer over the rest. I can’t say how thankful I am for Delia and her experience. Also a couple months later my mother also bought a home with the help of Delia. She’s really a pleasure to work with!!
