Delia Del Rio was one of three real estate professionals that was referred to me as part of a difficult divorce. I called all three agents, and Delia was the only agent to return my call. I placed another call to one of the other three agents and did not get a return call (surprising). Delia sent me a follow up email thanking for the considering her to sell my home. After another phone conversation, we setup an in-person meeting in her office. Upon arrival, the office staff greeted me as I was an expected appointment. After Delia introduced herself, she did not go for a hard close to get the listing. She was very patient as a listener, spoke to her knowledge about the property's community and surrounding areas, and emotion of selling the family home. I asked her to tell me about the marketing plan to quickly sell the home which she went into great detail. Fast forward, after getting the property listed on the MLS, sign hung, professional pictures...Delia went to work. She was certain she would get the property sold without any hiccups. She hosted three open houses in the first ten days, reached out to her network of home buyers about her new listing. She secured three qualified offers in the first two weeks all at asking price. We discussed each offer and selected the best most likely to perform during escrow. During the escrow period, I wasn't concerned about the appraisal but knew we would have some repairs needed after the inspection. During the process, I was hospitalized and needed a clear mind to focus on my health. Delia and I spoke while I was hospitalized and she said calmly, "don't worry about anything, I will take care of everything". She recommended a contractor who was equally reliable and arranged for the repairs to be addressed. There were some logistics issues during the repair period but Delia told me after she had it was 100% handled. She handled the buyer concerns as well. Delia Del Rio - EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE!!!!
