Not only did he always clearly and promptly answer our texts, phone calls, and emails, but he also gave us advice on whom to contact to install flooring, carpeting, electrical, etc., so that we could make our place more attractive and thereby increase our chances of selling it. Del has been a realtor for several years and is very knowledgeable about the market -- and whenever he provided us with his recommendations, he was never pushy about his opinion: He just gave us the information. My experience with Del Schmidt was superb -- and I think that my sister and brother would say the same!
