Delano Schmidt

Delano (Del) Schmidt served as our realtor when my sister, brother, and I put our Lutherville house up for sale this past year. Throughout the process, Del was extremely responsive, communicative, and professional, as well as very nice. Not only did he always clearly and promptly answer our texts, phone calls, and emails, but he also gave us advice on whom to contact to install flooring, carpeting, electrical, etc., so that we could make our place more attractive and thereby increase our chances of selling it. Del has been a realtor for several years and is very knowledgeable about the market -- and whenever he provided us with his recommendations, he was never pushy about his opinion: He just gave us the information. My experience with Del Schmidt was superb -- and I think that my sister and brother would say the same!

He was extremely knowledgeable of the market, area, and all the small details in making sure I had the best buying experience possible.
