I was trying to help my mom sell her house while she struggled with some health issues, and I could not have asked for a better realtor then Delaine to guide us through the process. She's knowledgeable, professional, warm and kind. She set out a timeline for when and how everything was going to happen and stuck to that timeline, with great communication along the way. Delaine knows the area well and has contacts for just about anything that you may need or want to have done to your house before selling it (my mom had hers painted and had the carpet replaced).
