I met DeLain January 2019 as I began the process of becoming a first time home buyer/owner and now 3.5 years later we've come full circle to me selling that same house! I got engaged Christmas Day 2021 so now...decisions, decisions, decisions...sale his house or mine, so it was an absolute no brainer to call DeLain to get her advice. Well long story short, as much as I absolutely loved my home, after speaking with DeLain, who I affectionately call Auntie since 2019, the specs just made more sense to sale my home. I was referred to Delain by one of her previous clients after having a poor experience with a different agent. The first time I spoke with Delain, I could tell she knew what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable and came PREPARED. Each time we went out for a showing, Delain was always early with her Lysol, extra gloves and masks. She also provided me printouts, which included property description and comps for each property we visited. Although Delain had other clients, I ALWAYS felt like a priority. She was readily available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. On those rare occasions where she missed my call, she would always follow up with me within 15 minutes or so. I appreciated the fact that Delain actively listened to what I was looking for. As a result, she was able to add suggestions to our viewing lists that were also in the area. The house I purchased is one that Delain suggested we view. I can tell that Delain truly has a passion for helping clients and I wasn’t just a transaction for her. She has continued to reach out to me after purchasing my home almost 2 years ago. She sends updates on my property value, her personal life, inquires about progress I’m making on my home and even sent me a celebratory gift after having a baby. Without a doubt I intend to work with Delain for all future buys/sells and would highly recommend her to anyone else in search of an agent.
