I'll start off by saying that rarely complete reviews like this but Delain did such a great job I had to take the time to write her a positive review. I'm a mortgage lender and completed the loan for the buyer's on one of Delain's listings. As a mortgage lender with close to a decade of experience, I work with many different real estate agents on a regular basis and can honestly say that there are some good and some bad agents in the industry. Delian is one of those good ones. She was extremely professional, positive, and timely. Every call, text, or email was answered immediately in most cases and in the rare occasion was answered by end of business that same day. Delain was fantastic in all departments from the time we asked her to list our property, to the time of closing and beyond! There were a couple bumps in the road with our buyers and she kept everything in check and remained in constant communication with us and the buyers/buyers agent, allowing for a smooth and on time close! She also helped negotiate prices way over our asking price and build up anticipation! It was tons easier than I had ever hoped and we would 100% ask her to list our next house!
Delain was a pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable in the area that we were looking. She was perceptive and intuitive when listening to the things that we really really wanted in our home. She was honest about our showings and her opinions mattered to us! She had great ideas and also knew when something wasn’t constructed just right. We all felt very comfortable and had a good time spending two full days with her looking at homes in Conifer and Evergreen. She always got back to us right away and could answer any question we had for her in a timely manner. The home buying process was a bit stressful but the home search with Delain was laidback and enjoyable!
