We first used Del's services when we moved to the area from Saint Louis, Missouri. She found us our first home in Florida and helped us sell that home when we wanted to move into a 55+ mobile home community. She also helped our son buy his first home and will be helping him sell it due to it being too small for his growing family.We were paying a lot rent for the mobile home and a storage fee for our RV. The total amount we were paying could amount to a mortgage payment. We decided to sell the mobile home and find some land.We had searched for over a year for an acre of land in Central Florida with no success. We asked Del for help and she found an acre that had just come on the market in Okeechobee County. She told us to act fast if it was what we wanted as land was selling fast. We liked it and made an offer that day. The seller accepted and everything was going smoothly until the buyers of our mobile home hit some snags with their lender. These snags postponed the closing on our land which meant more negotiating with the seller. It also hindered our lender's processing of our loan because our down payment was being held up by the other lender. Del did not represent us for the selling of our home because it was a mobile home. Initially, we did ask her. We had a realtor that was licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles sell it. Del made contact with the other agent to move that process along. She also stayed in contact with our lender to push that process through. We were amazed at how she was able to keep up with all of the changes that were out of our control. I would recommend her services to anyone. She is very likeable and pays attention to the needs of her clients.
