My siblings and I recently hired Deirdre to sell our father’s home. We were all very impressed with her knowledge of the specific neighborhoods and at what price to list the house. We had competing offers within one week of the listing and we had the contracts drafted a week later. We were extremely happy with the selling price which was just under the listing. With my siblings and me all living out of state, it was comforting to have a very knowledgeable realtor who has her finger on the pulse of the market. We had interviewed other local realtors, including one who suggested listing the house for $50k-$70K less than our actual sale price. Deirdre is very personable, professional, and was exceptionally responsive throughout the process (even though it was quick thanks to Deirdre!) Deirdre did a great job for us and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, which was beyond what I had originally hoped for. I highly recommend Deirdre for anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

I highly recommend using Deirdre as your realtor! She was very proactive and eager to send us listings and go see them, and always answered us right away. She understood exactly what we liked and didn't like in a home and listened to what areas we wanted - it was so helpful to be on the same page. She has so much knowledge of not only real estate but design as well, by helping us seeing past the current layout/design and seeing the bones of the house with all of it's possibilities. She was able to negotiate and now we are so happy that we have our dream home!
