Outstanding. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Deirdre again. Deirdre was able to help us along the whole process to completion. Her honesty is what sets her apart from other realtors. We wanted a higher price for the house when we started the process, but Deirdre was honest with us at the beginning about the comparable past home sales in the area. In time, we realized she was correct and adjusted the sale price to the comparable home price and we were able to sell the home quicker. I couldn’t imagine having done this process alone.
