Successful house hunting in St. Augustine!

My husband and I recently decided to become snow birds and relocate to St. Augustine for the winter. Not being familiar with the area we relied heavily on Deidre Omahen, our realtor, to guide us as we looked at various communities. When we found the perfect house in Palencia she smoothed the way for a rapid closing, providing us with a wealth of information. Due to my husband's sudden illness we had to sign electronically and she was right there with us all the way. We found her to be kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend her.
