I hope she never stops being a real estate agent! My partner Yuliia has went through other agents in the past and they couldn't compare to Deidre in the slightest. So we definitely have a frame of reference and experience to compare with. When she told us how understanding she was with people being hesitant to buy a house, that it is the most important decision that you make in your life - she really did mean it. We were in a really tough situation looking for our first home, but Deidre always kept our best interests at heart! She has been protective of us and our future investment, which we can't be more thankful of. We're fairly new to the area and Deidre helped us through numerous hurdles and bumps in the road. The house/property is unique and we had so many questions about it (being waterfront) that she was able to answer. She was able to find experts to get us estimates on the upgrades/repairs that we wanted/needed. Without her experience, we most likely would have given up. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't have been able to do it without her.
