Since I am visually impaired Deidra helped my wife with the thousands of decisions needed in building our semi custom house. She has a keen sense of decorating and helped coordinate paint, carpet, granite, tile, cabinets, She was generous with her time and talents. She anticipated our needs asked the hard questions of the builder and followed through so that our dream house became a reality. Our builder told us that we were lucky to have Deidra as a buying realtor because he usually sees the Buying Realtor the first day and the day they pick up the check. Deidra was with us every step of the way. There is no way that we could have had built this house without her. She was with us at every step of the closing procedures, informed us in advance what to expect, and walked us through the process without a hitch. She also has a list of tested experts in all fields including movers, home cleaners, sources for purchasing appliances, blinds, shutters, lighting fixtures, fans, landscaping, and furniture.
